At Fashion Connect, we take pride in delivering quality men's shirts. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 4 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Valid Reasons for Return
- Wrong size delivered
- Defective or damaged item received
- Wrong item sent
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item within 4 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process.
Resolution We will offer an exchange for the correct size/item or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 5–7 business days where applicable.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made on our part.
